Once again, Santa found our house and we had very happy children Christmas morning:
P3's haul: new Duplo train
P2's haul: Elena of Avalor doll and an Alolan Vulpix plush
P1's haul: Pokemon legos and a Pikipek plush
For the family: Nintendo Switch with Pokemon Let's Go Eevee (as requested by P2), and Smash Brothers:
For Mom and Dad: Legos
Finding goodies in their stockings:
Showing P3 his new train:
Opening presents from family:
The disaster area:
Enjoying their new toys and candy (P3's favorite part):
We each had a giant egg in our stockings. When you opened them, they were filled with slime and pieces of a dragon/beast. P1 and P2 did not care for the slime at all, but P3 loved playing in it. P1 liked his dragon once all the slime was washed off.
Building Legos:
P1 and P2 each got a Treasure X, which is basically a hard brick of sand that you dig through to find treasure.
We went and visited great-grandma at the care center, and then we went over to my parent's house for more festivities. P1 got more Pokemon legos, and P2 got dolls, "fancy" shoes, and cute clothes. P3 got lots of clothes and these On the Go Water Wow books, where you basically paint with water. Grandpa also gave them a real walkie talkie set, and P3 walked around with that all night.
At the end of the day when the kids were getting ready for bed, P1 told me that the day had been "magical". I guess you can't do better than that!
Merry Christmas!
