We pulled out the hot wheels and track on Christmas Eve. P3 really enjoyed playing with the cars.
We had dinner with my family on Christmas Eve. After dinner we sang some songs, and P1 wanted to act out the Nativity. So we did an impromptu Nativity. P1 wanted to be baby Jesus and he wasn't happy when I made P3 baby Jesus.

Grandpa got a bunch of little cars that we raced:
Grandpa did the traditional reading of 'Twas the Night Before Christmas. When we were getting ready to go home, P1 had a panic attack because he never finished his letter to Santa. So we let the kids write a quick letter to Santa and left it by the cookies we set out for him.
