My parents were going to be out of town for P2's birthday, so we ended up doing a combined birthday celebration for me and P2. We went swimming, opened presents, and had cupcakes and ice cream to celebrate.
The Birthday Princess:
P2 got the Disney Animator's Collection of princess dolls from grandma and grandpa:
I made pink cupcakes for P2 and paleo strawberry shortcake cupcakes for me. I also made strawberry ice cream for me using coconut cream. The cupcakes were okay, but the ice cream turned out pretty well.
