P2 had her preschool graduation program. She was very excited for it, and had practiced her part. She really wanted P1 to see the program, so we brought him along since he had no school that day. P3 was left at a friends house, and he was quite sad about that.
The program had barely started, when P2 suddenly burst into tears and ran up to me and put her face in my lap. She wouldn't get up and wouldn't talk to me. About 3 songs into the program, she finally calmed down and went back up. After the program we finally figured out why she was upset. She was sad that her flag wasn't straight.
They did one song where they stomped around like big dinosaurs. P2 had hard time getting the shoes and hat on (mostly because of her headband), and I could tell she was close to losing it again, so I went up to help her. She did great the rest of the program though!
They did a bunch of nursery rhymes, and P2 was the little dog who laughed in Hey Diddle, Diddle. She had a really silly laugh to go with it!
Her main part was doing Little Miss Muffet, and she did a great job!
P2 has loved preschool, and loves her teacher. She said that she wants to be a mom and take care of a house when she grows up.
