The week leading up to Easter, we watched bible videos everyday. The first one was the Triumphal Entry on Palm Sunday. Both the kids really like watching the Jesus videos.
I am so grateful for my Savior, Jesus Christ. He is the source of peace, joy, and hope. His atoning sacrifice makes our heavy burdens bearable. It brings healing and comfort when everything else falls short. His resurrection brings the ultimate hope. That we will all live again, in perfected bodies! No more pain or suffering!
We had a fun neighborhood Easter Egg hunt on Saturday morning. P1 was excited to find the Darth Vader eggs that we had contributed.
It was a little chilly, so P2 got to snuggle with dad in his jacket.
The kids got an Easter basket. It had Book of Mormon coloring books, the Bible Videos, Meet the Mormons video, pictures of Christ, and dad made sure to provide a few toys. They each got a little pokemon. P1 also got a little Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle, and P2 got a My Little Pony.

After church, we went to Grandma's house and the kids played "Hungry Hippos".
