I can't believe my little boy is 8 months old! He is such a joy to have in our family. P1 is definitely a handful and keeps me very busy. Even though he's not walking yet, I am already chasing him all over the place! And walking is definitely just around the corner for this little guy.
One of my favorite things about this stage is that P1 has decided he likes to dance. He is constantly moving his head and body to any music he hears. And sometimes, he dances without any music (it makes me wonder what song is stuck in his head!). When P1 first started doing this, it would just make me laugh and laugh. Now he does it so often, that I don't laugh as much, but it still makes me smile every time.
Probably my least favorite part of this stage is all the bumps and bruises. But that just comes with the territory of mobility I guess. P1 is already good at his fake crying though. When he barely bumps his head, he'll look and if he sees you watching then he'll start crying.

P1 loves to be outside! He enjoys just sitting in the grass and picking dandelions.
Some neighborhood friends invited us over to swim in their little pool. P1 wasn't too sure about it at first, but ended up enjoying it. He especially loves his little fish toy!

P1 is getting more and more stable on his feet. He can actually stand all by himself for a few seconds!
